How I’m taking photos of my crafts
We all know how important it is to take good photos of crafts and art.
Here’s how I’m doing it at the moment, and it seems to be working all right:
Basically I go into a room that gets the most light and that doesn’t cast annoying shadows over what I’m photographing. For me at the moment that’s the back bedroom. I get a large sheet of good quality white paper and lay it on a flat surface – the ironing board! Which is near the window, so it’s perfectly positioned.
I bend the paper a bit up the wall so that it curves around, creating a nice backdrop.
And that’s that!
